Please note, we have multiple distribution centers around the world, so your orders could be shipped from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany or China.

Our store prices include UK VAT at 20%. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to local tax and/or customs import duty (depending on what country the products are shipped to). Gift card will not be charged on tax.For orders up to an amount of £2,500, we cover all customs and import duties. If you happen to be asked to pay any customs or import duties, please contact our customer service team (support@ororowear.com) with proof of payment and we will refund you if necessary. In certain cases, orders over £800 may be subject to customs clearance, which may result in a delay in shipment.
